Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will be required to manage the stationery and PPE stock for all Alchem employees. You will be required to liaise with the Purchasing Department at the Ross-on-Wye head office regarding the purchasing and delivery of required, additional items.
  • You will work closely with the Environmental Planner to produce certificates and photographs for CWST, towers and chlorination’s for water treatment clients.
  • You will track all water treatment samples, producing PCAF’s for out of specification samples and report legionella faults.
  • You will file and upload water treatment paperwork to relevant filing systems including the Socius portal. Also report any outstanding service reports to the account managers and monitor to completion.
  • You will liaise with Account Managers and suppliers regarding the production of log books for the Water Treatment customers.
  • You will assist with the invoicing for site services and ME using Sage 200.
