Role

Office administrator. Full time. Duties will include the following:

  • Speaking to customers
  • Liaising with operations/production
  • Dealing with carriers to arrange deliveries
  • Processing sales orders, invoicing and accounts
  • Processing purchase orders, invoices and accounts
  • General bookkeeping
  • Other general admin duties

Candidate

He or she would ideally be a mature person with experience in the following:

  • Customer service/support
  • Sage or similar accounts package
  • Bookkeeping
  • Excel & Word
