I am currently recruiting an Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join an established client of ours on a permanent basis.

The role is Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm based at their socially distanced office in St.Helens.

Te ideal candidate will have excellent telephone manner and previous experince within Customer Service and the related administration.

The duties for this position include:

  • Dealing with customers via phone
  • Talking through customer issues in a calm and professional manner
  • Liaising with external trades teams organising relevant diaries
  • Managing the companies insurance guarantee account
  • Registering warranties
  • General administration

The salary for this position will be £17-£18k per annum depending on experince.
