Business Development Manager – St Helens – £20-25,000 pa

Our client, a start-up company working within the property sector and based out of St Helens, are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for a home-based permanent position. The company is keen to find an ambitious and energetic individual to help expand their clientele, being the face of the company and assisting in the creation and application of an effective sales strategy.

The main goal of the Business Development Manager will be to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

Developing a growth strategy based on both financial gain and customer satisfaction

Identifying new markets and customer needs

Arranging business meetings with prospective clients

Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Helping to grow the team as the company moves forwards

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will bring experience of the following:

  • Working as a Business Development Manager / Sales Executive etc.
  • Proven sales record
  • Using MS Office and CRM software
  • Property sector experience would be ideal but not essential

The candidate will also require their own vehicle and a full clean UK driving license.

The Rewards

The salary on offer for this position is up to £25,000 pa, plus uncapped commission.

Working hours will be 9.00am – 5.00pm from Monday to Friday.

A laptop and mobile phone will also be supplied as part of the role.
