GPW are actively looking for a Business development manager, to work with a busy, notable tax relief company based in St helens.

The Role

  • Generating leads
  • Discovering target markets
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing strategies
  • Understanding and promoting company services
  • Preparing and submitting client contracts
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote services
  • Maintaining client records
  • Providing weekly/monthly updates
  • Answering client questions about services, prices and timescales
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures

The Candidate

  • Experience in B2B sales (financial sales preferred)
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • A commitment to learning quickly in our field of business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both clients
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work comfortably and confidently in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and approachable manner
