Business Development Manager- B2B Sales

GPW Recruitment are actively recruiting an experienced Business to Business sales person to work within a busy and competitive sector.

This role requires confidence, adaptability, charisma, a trustworthy personality and the ability to earn the trust of customers within a very competitive market.

To be considered for the position, you must have a proven and successful record in B2B sales- Preferably selling R&D tax relief incentives.

This role is made for an outgoing, money motivated relationship builder who can earn the trust of prospective clients whilst giving expert advise on tax relief options/incentives.

Readily available leads/industry contacts from previous roles are hugely advantageous.

The Role will Involve the following duties:

  • Generating leads
  • Discovering target markets
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing strategies
  • Understanding and promoting company services
  • Preparing and submitting client contracts
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote services
  • Maintaining client records
  • Providing weekly/monthly updates
  • Answering client questions about services, prices and timescales
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
