Call Centre Customer Services Advisor required in Runcorn
In this role you’ll be dealing with emails and calls on product enquires, faulty items, warranty questions.
For the first day you’ll dual screen with an experienced advisor and in you first week you will deal with and reply to emails. When you are comfortable (usually after a couple of weeks) you’ll deal with incoming calls. The role involves a split of emails and incoming calls so even though it’s a busy ‘call centre’ you’re not always on the phone.
Candidates with call centre and customer service experience will be suitable, experience with complaints, product enquiries, insurance, warranty issues etc. would be beneficial)
You’ll need a good telephone manner, excellent communication skills and strong customer service skills
This is a temp to perm contract on a 40 hour week paying £9.30 per hour, the aim is to complete 12 weeks with GPW as an agency worker, then transfer to our client’s permanent employment
There are 2 shifts available working 9:30 to 18:00 either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday
