My client are a construction company specialising in bespoke fit out work, they require a full time administrator for their new office in Worsley.

This is initially a 3 month contract with a view to going permanent.

Previous experience of working in a construction environment is essential.

Duties will include:

Maintain document management system

Set up, copy, scan and store documents and drawings

Collation of O&M Manuals

Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information, tenders, and contracts

Create templates

Manage requests for documentation

Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date

Check and maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation

Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when required

Printing documents

Booking travel and accommodation arrangements for staff

General secretarial assistance to the directors and senior management team.

IT skills in MS office including outlook, excel, word and Dropbox applications.

Typing skills

Minute taking skills

The hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm however there is flexibility.

Salary £20k -£22k, free parking, modern office space with breakout / communal area in a great location.
