Construction Site Administrator

We’re looking for talented Site Administrator to work for our client on their busy new build construction scheme in Ellesmere Port.

Please note:

This is a temporary role for 18 months working full time hours; the rate of pay is £12.00 PAYE per hour

The Role:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail and be able to work to deadlines, whilst liaising with site management and client representatives.

You will be tasked with:

– Support the project team in all daily Administration roles

– Recording all site visitors

– Answering telephone calls, screening and taking messages as appropriate

– Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post

– Print and scan drawings and documents as needed

– Produce daily / weekly reports

– Perform data entry and recording on various websites and internal databases.

– Photocopying and printing various project documents.

– Liaising with staff in other departments and relevant external organisations

– Adhoc projects / duties as required

The Candidate:

You will need:

– Experience in an administration role is essential

– Previous experience of working on a construction site / office would be an advantage
