Primary responsibilities:

  • Managing flooring contracts nationwide
  • Supervision of labour
  • Delating tasks
  • Financial budgeting and ensuring cost-effectiveness

The Candidate

Key skills and qualifications:

  • The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role ideally within commercial, industrial, retail interiors
  • Written and verbal communication
  • Technically proficient
  • Networking
  • Organisation and planning
  • Management

Travel will be included in the role as it will be split 60% travel to 40% office based.
