We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to work on a permanent basis in the St Helens area.

Salary is c£14-16,000 per annum (depending on experience). The role is working full time. Monday to Friday.

Our client is looking for someone with a strong background in Customer Service/Administration with strong english written skills.

The successful Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for typing reports, documents, emails and letters.

Have an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.

Liasing with customers on the phone and email to ensure they are fully satisfied with the product and services.
