Applicants are sought to provide customers with a professional and informative service. It will be contacting customers worldwide and liaising with various departments to ensure needs are catered for.

The company is a leading manufacturer in their respective field and export their products worldwide and have multiple sites.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am – 4:30pm.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Processing customer orders onto company software
  • Dealing with customer enquiries via phone
  • Answering questions over phone/email
  • Liaising with departments to ensure expectations are met
  • Taking sales order
  • Updating internal Epicor system on product range
