Customer Service Representative- Italian Speaking

GPW Recruitment have an exciting opportunity available with immediate starts.

We are actively recruiting Italian speaking customer service representatives in the Preston Area.

Fluency speaking Italian is essential, preferably to a native level.

The Role

  • Dealing with customer service related issues on behalf of large blue-chip organisations
  • Using your Italian speaking skills, dealing with Italian clients / customers over the telephone and via email
  • Handling ad hoc issues or queries relating to collections and other general customer service enquiries
  • Providing a professional and friendly service throughout
  • Account Management duties
  • Liaising with internal departments to help resolve issues
  • All aspects of general administration
  • Assisting customers in an understanding and sympathetic manner whilst remaining professional

The Person:

  • Fluency in Italian
  • Previous customer service related experience (not essential but preferred- other backgrounds will be considered)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional and efficient manner
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • Sound judgment and decision making
  • Good keyboard typing and computer literacy
  • Available for a minimum of 6 months.
