We are actively recruiting 30 French speaking Customer Service Representatives for a minimum of 6 months.

Fluency speaking french to a native level is essential.

The Role

  • Dealing with customer service related issues on behalf of large blue-chip organisations
  • Using your French speaking skills, dealing with French clients / customers over the telephone and via email
  • Handling ad hoc issues or queries relating to collections and other general customer service enquiries
  • Providing a professional and friendly service throughout
  • Account Management duties
  • Liaising with internal departments to help resolve issues
  • All aspects of general administration
  • Assisting customers in an understanding and sympathetic manner whilst remaining professional

The Person:

  • Fluency in French
  • Previous customer service related experience (not essential but preferred- other backgrounds will be considered)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional and efficient manner
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • Sound judgment and decision making
  • Good keyboard typing and computer literacy
  • Available for a minimum of 6 months.
