Role requirements:
- To lead, motivate and instruct teams on site in order to achieve and promote best practice.
- Full Driving Licence is essential
- Ability To tow trailers and use various machinery (desirable)
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Read and understand Landscape drawings
- Have good plant knowledge and identification
- Ensure daily and weekly productivity targets are achieved within the set parameters.
- Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with the company or client specifications and that quality standards are achieved.
- Completion of internal paperwork, documents, forms as required by the business.
- Liaise with site agents
- Ensure all employees are carrying out work in a safe and proper manner, ensuring the correct PPE is being worn in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and current legislation.
- Drive and operate a range of plant and machinery – CPCS card need for construction sites
- Flexible working approach
- Work Experience /Skills / Education – CSCS card preferred/ PA1&PA6 Spraying but not essential
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in Soft And Hard Landscaping
- Effective oral and written communication
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic
- Have an eye for perfection
Qualified to NVQ standard or equivalent
