Job title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers (1x Mechanical, 1x Electrical)

As the Maintenance Technician you will:
- Ensure you are responsible for safe working practices and ensure all company rules and procedures are always adhered to.
- Respond to machine breakdowns, services and facilities failures, ensuring priorities are recognised.
- Conduct regular scheduled maintenance. This will include servicing of equipment, replacement of worn and defective parts, diagnosis and recommendation for fault rectification.
- Be actively involved in the installation of plant and equipment.
Emphasis for the Electrical role is you MUST have a minimum of five years experience of fault finding & maintenance on CNC machine tools. Preferably with Fanuc, Siemens or Yasnac control systems. Candidates must also must be time-served to HNC or NVQ level 3 in Electrical Engineering/Process Engineering Maintenance or Maintaining Plant & Systems (Instrument & Control).
For the Mechanical role CNC machine tool knowledge is also desirable as the main duties are replacing ballscrews & thrust bearings & setting up slideways after repairs. Candidates must be time served and have Full Engineering City & Guilds ONC/HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering, and an NVQ level 3 Diploma in Engineering Maintenance (Mechanical).
Salary is circa negotiable with 12.5% shift allowance on top for double day 6-2, 2-10 shifts.
