Quality Specialist – Skelmersdale – £17-22,000 pa
Based in Lancashire, our client is a highly successful international manufacturing business supplying specialist products into a number of industries. This is an exciting time to join them during a period of heavy recruitment as they look to strengthen their quality team with a permanent member of staff.
Having won a large number of orders, the company is currently going from strength to strength, and having worked with them for a number of years, we can vouch for this being a fantastic place to work.
The Quality Specialist will report into the Quality Manager, having responsibility for the creation of inspection and test plans, manufacturing data book indexes, and issuance of inspection notifications. There will also be involvement in the revision of Standard Operating Procedures, Production Inspection documents, and raising of NCRs.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will bring experience working in a similar position, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Any experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment would be highly desirable, as would any involvement in change initiatives / projects and continuous improvement activities.
The Rewards
The salary on offer for this position is in the region of £17-22,000 pa dependent on experience.
Working hours are 8.30am – 5.00pm from Monday to Friday.
