The Person

The Recruitment Business Manager position is best suited to an individual who has a proven track record of building relationships and revenue in both temporary contract and permanent recruitment. If you can demonstrate a record of achievement in engineering and manufacturing recruitment, we would love to hear from you.

We’re also interested if your background is in other industrial sectors, given you have a technical aptitude. Our induction programme is detailed and thorough, so switching between our markets is made straightforward.

In essence, it’s as much about having the right attitude as it is about experience.

We are looking for a sales person who has the drive and ambition to win business, as well as the warmth and interpersonal skills to nurture and build rapport with a client.

The Package

The GPW team are paid very good basic salaries plus healthy uncapped bonuses that yielded over £100,000 for our top performers in 2020. The bonus package comprises monthly, quarterly and annual payments based on personal performance.

Across the board, we offer 5 weeks holiday (33 days including bank holidays), pension and Medicash. Annual leave entitlement grows with service and attendance, up to 43 days. All our Recruiters also accrue additional leave (hours of time off) for achieving weekly milestones related to client and revenue.
