As a Tenant Liaison Officer you will develop positive relationships with housing association residents in order to provide information and support during external (roofs & gutters) and internal upgrade works including kitchens & bathrooms.

Duties include:

Pre entry visits and company inductions

Collect tenancy agreement/approval forms

Visiting tenants in their homes and to advise them on when and what work is being carried out

Act as the main point of contact and deal with any problems/queries that tenant may have

Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations with them

Monitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issues

Monitor customer satisfaction

Providing support to the production team throughout the construction process including support during decanting and handover

Communicate and maintain good relationships with the tenants and construction team.

In order to be suitable for this role, you must have previous experience working as a RLO on site, as well as having strong Communication, Organisation and Customer Service Skills.

A valid CSCS Card & First Aid Certificate would also be desirable.
