International Sales Administrator
The Role
We’re seeking a driven International Sales Administrator for an exciting entry-level opportunity. This role offers a fast-paced environment where you’ll develop key skills in product knowledge, process management, and organisation. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our sales division, where your attention to detail and ability to work independently will shine. Full training and support will be provided to help you succeed and open doors to lateral movement into other areas such as logistics, distribution, and purchasing.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer orders in line with SLAs
- Ensure orders are correct regarding product details and pricing
- Liaise with customer service and sales teams to resolve any order issues
- Develop a solid understanding of our product range, sales processes, and logistics platforms
- Follow instructions from Sales Executives and identify any issues
- Provide high-level customer service
- Manage order-related tasks, including PODs, ETAs, and technical documentation with logistics and technical departments
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced office
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- A second language (French, Spanish, or German) is a plus
- Comfortable with multitasking and managing time efficiently
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Previous data entry experience is preferred
