Key Responsibilities:
- Tender preperation, including drawings and technical documents
- preparing accurate and detailed estimates
- Arranging subcontract and supplier packages, liasing with the subcontractor to clarify queries and requirements
- Organising and conducting site visits
- Cost evaluation
- Pricing reviews
- Transferring projects to the construction team for execution
Our client are offering a generous salary of £60,000-£70,000 + Car allowance, 33 days holiday, Hybrid working (1 day in the office), healthy work life balance, and an annual performance bonus.
