We are currently looking to recruit number of Senior Mechanical Engineers (Building Services) for a minimum 6 month contract based in Hampshire. Pay rate circa £40 – 45 Ltd per hour or PAYE equivalent if preferred.
As the Senior Mechanical Engineer (Building Services) you will have:
- Have a working understanding of TAS or IES
- Have an understanding or experience of working with Revit MEP or other 3D design software
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
As the Senior Mechanical Engineer (Building Sevices) you will ideally have:
- Working knowledge of Hevacomp
- U value calculations, Heat loss calculations, Heat gain calculations
- Pipe sizing (LTHW, CHW, HWS, CWS etc), Pump sizing, Duct sizing, Fan sizing, Control valve sizing and authority
- Thermal modelling
- BMS Systems
- HNC in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
