James has started the new English Tour golf season strong, winning at West Lancashire in May against some strong competition. James shot level par on the last day making him the well deserved winner on this challenging course.

James was the first amateur golfer to have achieved professional status on the Europro Tour. As an amateur golfer James won various junior championships and in 2008 he was selected to represent the England Under 21 Squad. In 2009 he was promoted to the top flight England Squad.
