Employee of the month once again goes to one of our newer members of staff…. In fact, one of our apprentices. Having joined the company just a couple of months ago this apprentice has settled in fantastically well and now operates day to day as if she has been here for more like 6 months. Gaining a good understanding of how things work within her division and developing quickly she has already clocked up a number of starters and gross margin.
