Employee of the month for June 2012 goes to Rebecca Shaw, Becky has brought innovation to the Technical Division as part of Team Ishikawa, bringing the idea of ‘Toolbox Talks’ to the business. She has organised & prioritised the division’s activities daily through the toolbox talks and taken a real leadership role within the division.
Becky is now training our newer members of the team and with her experience this will prove to be invaluable.
