Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the night shift operations.
- Set the nightly work schedule and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Supervise and motivate two team members.
- Perform MIG welding tasks to contribute to the completion of projects.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications.
- Organise and manage your time and workload effectively.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role (at least 1 years’ experience).
- Proficiency in MIG welding.
- Ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
- High attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Ability to use initiative and make decisions independently.
- Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
