It is expected that the UK will see a rise in jobseekers in September.
Over half of workers (57.1%) reveal that they are more likely to look for a new job as summer ends.
The data, which was collected by CV Library in September 2015, showed a 13.2% percent rise in Candidates registering their CV’s their website. Job applications also rose during this period by 7.5%.
Over half of those surveyed (55.8%) believe that staff motivation and work rate slows as the summer comes to an end. Staggeringly 86.9% of those surveyed believe that it is up to the employer to keep the morale up.
Although 70.1% of people surveyed said that they find it hard to get back into their routine after the summer months
