We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to work on a permanent basis in Runcorn. The role primarily involves working on electrochemical plant projects, encompassing manufacturing, refurbishment, and servicing.
Salary is c£28-35,000 per annum plus holidays, pension etc.
The role is working Monday to Friday days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute electrical tasks related to the manufacturing, refurbishment, and servicing of electrochemical plants.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- HNC or equivalent qualification in Engineering.
- Electrical ticket/certification.
- Demonstrable experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills:
- Background in water, chemical, or oil & gas industries, with experience in pumps, controls, and tanks.
- Lean manufacturing training or experience.
- Versatility in handling multiple roles within a project.
Wishlist Skills:
- Familiarity with electrochemical process equipment.
