I am currently looking to recruit a key member of staff for an Estate Agency based in St. Helens.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of my clients successful Estate Agency side of the business. Business development is a key part of the role along with valuations coupled with the responsibility of gaining new instructions together with arranging accompanied viewings, photographs of newly instructed properties and updating the website portal and printed material.

Along with the above the successful candidate should be personable, flexible, innovative, adaptable and enjoy working in a busy office environment. You should have a passion for high street Estate Agency sales and show drive and initiative. You must be prepared to offer the best customer service to make a difference to the home buying experience.

There is also scope for this position to be made into a managerial position for the right person.

Applicants must hold a driving licence and should have experience in the Estate Agency sector. The position is full time working Monday to Friday, but flexibility on hours worked is essential as the successful candidate will be required to work outside office hours and on Saturdays as and when required.
