After an incredible 22 years of services with and for the company, Howell Williams decided to hang his re-boots of retire. When Howell first arrived back in 1993, he was appointed as a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in Permanent Recruitment.
Due to Howell’s nature he couldn’t settle for just the recruitment aspect and so after many successful years in Recruitment, decided to add the management of the Quality Assurance for the whole company to his agenda.
But it didn’t stop there, Howell realised the potential of modernisation within the company so in 1998 he designed and developed the company’s first and totally bespoke databases. After making this his full-time role and obtaining the title of I.T. & QA Manager, he has been a fundamental part of every stage in the development of our database and made it what it is are today! We wish Howell all the best for all his future endeavours and we cannot thank him enough for all his relentless hard-work. We now hope his wife Janet is enjoying her new role too!
